Free Circuit Training

UNITY Youth Development is offering free circuit training for young athletes at Greencastle Elementary School.

WHEN: 
Every Monday and Friday
6pm to 7:30pm

WHERE:
Greencastle Elementary School
13611 Robey Rd.
Silver Spring, MD 20904

Training will be held inside Greencastle ES gymnasium. Players should wear sneakers and bring their own water.
