The fall tackle football program is 11-on-11, full-contact football governed primarily by high school federation rules. Traditionally, the season begins in late July and ends in early November. Approximately 8 regular season games are played on consecutive Saturdays starting in September, with playoffs and championships taking place in November.
We offer several options for our spring football program: Flag Football (6U – 9U), 7v7 Passing League (10U – 14U), and a Lineman Competition (8U – 14U).

Ufundi Thomas, Unity Football Commissioner
Originally from Camden NJ, Coach Thomas attended the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) where he ran track and pledged Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. He relocated to Laurel, MD in 1998.
Coach Thomas coached 9 years before he decided to make a change and join the UNITY family. In 2019, he became the Head Coach for the Unity 12U team and the following season he moved up as the Head Coach of the 13U team, and was named the UNITY Football Commissioner.
With his experience as a Master Life Coach, Coach Thomas has a deep love and understanding of the community, UNITY families and, most importantly, the kids!
